Executive
The Annual General Meeting in April enables the group members to vote on a new executive board to represent them.
The executive board meets prior to the each meeting to discuss the tasks required to achieve the objectives of the group, and review the financial situation of the group.
Group Management
An Executive Board committee of 6 people manages the group. The Board is comprised of 1 Cognos employee who acts as official liaison between the group and Cognos. The other 5 committee members are elected from the membership at the annual meeting.
Cognos Business Partners and Management Consultants are eligible to participate as an active member of the Executive Board in the position of Member at Large.
The committee:
makes arrangements for all group meetings
regularly communicates with members
maintains the group's mailing list
manages the group's finances
